SO EXCITED, you guys. He’s back on TV-screen!! ^______^ Woohoo!!
First of all, let me just say this. I’ve been meaning to find that moment to come back to blogging, and so I guess now is the perfect time to start writing again. Since my interest has grown into other exciting things (beside Alex, and K-entertainment, and Korean dramas), I’ll make sure of this blog to cover more topics to write/blog about. I’m planning to take a dip into different point of views of the things I see or encounter daily, from the fashion side (from the trend, to actors’ wardrobes; could be Alex’s main leading lady, or others), the design and style part (for example: interior design of the drama settings, etc). So, if you have a suggestion or ideas, please do tell. I’ll try to blog at least once a day.
Alrighty then. Let’s get to Alex’s new drama. If you haven’t really following on the news, like I am, well, not until today anyway, here’s a gist of Alex’s character in the upcoming MBC medical drama:
Alex joins the cast of the new MBC medical drama, “Medical Top Team” (yeah, that’s the whole title, only in hangul), as a doctor named Bae Sang Kyu in the Department of Radiology. His character is described as a “sweet, smiling handsome doctor that is able to charm his patients and treat them tenderly.” (Oh my! lol!) This facade hides his dark sides, as a “gambler and a man with ambition.” (What? O__O!)
Bae Sang Kyu is determined to reach that high position as the right-hand-man of the Chief of Surgery, Jang Yong Seop (played by Ahn Nae Sang), who’s struggle to remain in power. He will have a love line (oh, thank God!) with a surgical nurse Minji (played by Choi Woori.)
That’s all I know about his character in this drama, but it’ll be interesting to see that different (dark) side of him. An ambitious, charming doctor? I’m game. :D
MBC “Medical Top Team” is led by Kwon Sang Woo, Jung Ryeo Won, Joo Ji Hoon, Oh Yeon Seo, Kim Young Ae,and SHINee’s Minho. The drama will premiere next week, Oct 2 on MBC Wednesday-Thursday prime-time drama.
